This course introduces the concept of unconscious bias and its impact on recruitment and retention. Learners explore how mental shortcuts influence hiring decisions, workplace interactions, and talent development. Through practical examples and actionable strategies, the course teaches how to recognise bias, standardise evaluation processes, use inclusive language, and create fairer pathways for employee growth. By the end, participants will be equipped to make more objective decisions and support a diverse, high?performing workforce.

How to Be an Ally for Diversity and Inclusion is a short, practical course that builds confidence and capability in active allyship. Learners explore what it truly means to be an ally, reflect on real workplace scenarios, and discover five key ally roles: sponsor, champion, upstander, amplifier, and confidant.
