Dr Thomas JW Peck is a Lecturer in Law at Lancaster University Law School. Broadly, his research relates to the right to health in a UK context. Currently, his primary research considers the impact of healthcare privitisation in the UK on human rights protections, particularly looking at those detained for mental health reasons.
