The book, written by John Boylan and Aris Syntetos, published in 2021, covers the context of intermittent demand, different methods for its forecasting, and how the forecasting can be linked to inventory management in this context. The authors provide a detailed explanation of the challenges associated with forecasting intermittent demand.
"The Palgrave Handbook of Operations Research" is an edited collection of scholarly articles on the field of operations research. The book was edited by Said Salhi and John Boylan and was published in 2022. It covers a broad range of topics related to operations research, including optimisation, simulation, decision analysis, game theory, and data analytics.
"Forecasting and Analytics with ADAM" is a book written by Ivan Svetunkov. The book focuses on the use of ADAM (Augmented Dynamic Adaptive Model) for forecasting and analytics.
